1. Agreement overview
These Terms of Service govern all proposals, installations, maintenance programs, and digital properties operated by Hart Beat Energy (“Hart Beat Energy”, “we”, “us”). By engaging our services you agree to the latest version of these terms.
2. Proposals & project scope
Proposal pricing remains valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final scope may adjust based on site inspections, permitting requirements, structural considerations, or equipment availability.
Client approval is required before Hart Beat Energy proceeds with any change orders or additional costs.
3. Maintenance memberships
Membership plans auto-renew monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Services rendered prior to cancellation remain billable.
Priority dispatch windows and discounts apply only while an account is in good standing.
4. Warranties & liability
Equipment warranties follow manufacturer terms. Hart Beat Energy provides workmanship warranties as outlined in each contract.
We are not responsible for losses caused by extreme weather events, unauthorized modifications, or utility company actions outside our control.
